Used oils never wear out – only the additives wear out. The base oil properties remain intact. So, we collect used industrial oil from our customers. With us, you do not have to worry about the disposal of your waste oil and PROFEPA as we have the Manifesto to handle the used oil.

After collecting waste oil from our customer, we first, identify in the lab if the used oil can be recycled successfully. Once analyzed, we purify and clarify the used oil. Purification is done at molecular level and clarification clarifies the color of the oil. After that we analyze the viscosity of the oil and adjust the viscosity up to the level of a new oil. This process produces high-quality basic new oil. In case, the oil cannot be recycled, we safely dispose the used oil as shown in the process chart. We never ever dispose the used oil in lakes, rivers or sea.

The purified oil is blended in such a way so as to produce the EYL Recycle oil. This blending process is highly advanced and returns the physical and chemical properties of the oil in the same quantity as the new oil purchased by our customer. After the blending, we do quality testing in our advanced laboratories to fulfill our commitment to deliver only high quality and high performance oil. After recycling, this recycled oil is analyzed in the lab for quality and only after their approval, we move to the next step mentioned below.

Finally the process is complete with our customers receiving the oil with exactly the same properties, same performance and same quality as your new oil. We send back the EYL Recycle Oil to our customer with 100% guarantee that it is exactly the same as your new oil in quality and performance.
